Here you can see what appears to be a shelf cloud viewed from within (under) the
storm. It has the classic precursor shape and boiling backside. Winds associated with a
clouds as such are probably 100km/h and over.
Some more interesting dynamic clouds that
are a result of winds shear forces and inflow. Quite possibly a shelf cloud slowly
breaking down as it is overrunning outflow from another cell or the parent storm.
This is a site not that common! Winds that
did this were probably well over 110km/h
Heh.. maybe Ontario Hydro will give the
owner of this house a break on hydro considering the transformer burnt his lawn and the
pole must have done some damage.
