Mini Ground Blizzard

Analysis:
Thermodynamic boundary layer winds in the wake of a strong low pressure system created 80 km/h wind which whipped up a fresh 2cm of snow that had been deposited overnight by snow squalls.

There was not too much fresh snow on the ground but squalls dropped a fresh centimeter or two which was plenty.
